Shipping Policy
- Order processing and delivery takes 10 to 15 business days maximum from the date of order confirmation.
Exchange & Return Policy
First: Exchange
Product exchange is permitted within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- Incorrect size, provided the requested item is available on our website.
- The product must be in its original condition, completely unused and unworn.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Second: Return
Product returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The received product differs in quality from the specifications listed on the website.
In these cases, the customer may choose one of the following options:
- Exchange for the same item if available.
- Exchange for any other item.
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Order Confirmation Policy
- To confirm an order, a 50% deposit of the order value must be transferred via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, along with sending the transfer receipt via WhatsApp.
- The deposit is non-refundable after order confirmation, except in the event that the product is unavailable.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. If cancelled, the full deposit amount will be forfeited without refund.
